Casa La Big Sur has over 6500 sq. ft. of under-roof living space which can be enclosed with central air conditioning throughout the house, or opened up to fully enjoy the cool breezes that bless the area.  As you arrive your first experience is the large covered portico.

This spacious home includes luxurious living, and dining rooms, balconies and a beautiful kitchen that ties it all together in a Great Room with 30-foot ceilings.  

There are two master bedrooms, each with a luxurious bathroom with walk in closet and external private, covered balconies, two additional rooms that can be designed for office space and/or additional living space, and a media room big enough for all to lounge comfortably.  Also you will find an open air covered outdoor living room with a wet bar and separate bathroom that extends out to the pool deck. 

The infinity pool is large enough for swimming laps and from it you can take in all the same ocean and mountain views! Attached Jacuzzi which will accommodate everyone.

There is also a detached private garage. A private entrance with 24-7 security also and the lot borders a pristine forest, which will lead into a walking trail along a seasonal creek. This will help you conveniently get closer to nature!
