Description
This brand-new house is in the Opera Salvaje neighborhood close to Hermosa Beach (1.25 mi/ 2 km) and to Jaco (15 minutes by car).
The Last Frontier House was designed by a family with children; it's fully tiled and fully air conditioned. It sleeps up two couples and 4 children.
Located downstairs are two bedrooms with a Queen bed each and individual AC units.
Upstairs the loft is designed to be used as an entertainment area for children or grownups alike, as well as the sleeping quarters for the younger crowd. On one side, there are comfortable lounges, a TV & DVD, as well as books and family games. On the other, there are four foam mattresses that can be laid down on the floor. The loft and stair rails are high but very solid.
The main living area located downstairs has DirecTV, DVD and a 6 unit CD player stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and a table for four.
Outside there is a courtyard with an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people and a shower.
The Last Frontier House is located right next door to Skeeter House so both can be rented together for to accommodate larger groups.
